WORKERS develop the well prior to its going on line to make sure the water's purity is within standards. It was, and service began April 2, 1998 with a well-attended dedication ceremony.	JOHNSON VALLEY residents were compelled to travel 20 miles on rough roads for water prior to this well's completion.
